What is shirt interlining?
Shirt interlinings, as the name suggests, are interlinings used on the collars and cuffs of shirts. In this sense, we need to understand classic shirts. These interlinings are obtained after high quality woven surfaces are given shrinkage resistance and coated with high density polyethylene.
Where are shirt interlinings used?
They are used on collars, cuffs, placket and sashes of classic shirts.
Its most important feature is its non-shrinkability, which is around 1-1.5% and has almost the same feature as shirting fabric. These interlinings are also resistant to washing up to 60-80 degrees Celsius.
